Zipagang is a Financial Accounting Supervisor with 20+ years experience in government, manufacturing and distribution accounting. Currently, she is with the City of Cerritos supervising 13 professional, technical and clerical staff as its Accounting Supervisor. She received her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from De La Salle University and her MBA from University of Phoenix. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California.
