President/CEO of Zuehls, Legaspi & Company (ZLCO) Ms. Susan Legaspi is a Los Angeles businesswoman, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), is Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF), Chartered Global Finance Manager (CGFM) and an Associate Certified Fraud Examiner (ACFE) with almost 20 years experience working with nonprofit organizations and governmental entities. Seven of those years were spent working with the “Big Four” international accounting firms of KPMG LLP and Deloitte & Touché as manager in their Exempt Organizations Group. Her affiliations include membership with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CalCPA) and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). As a licensed certified public accountant and associate certified fraud examiner, numerous engagements include forensic accounting, valuation issues and various accounting forensic engagements. Her experience includes work with various high profile cases. Susan also holds a California real estate broker’s license. Susan received her Bachelor of Science, major in Business degree from Regent’s College, New York.
